Our mixes require minimal preparation. You simply add milk, blend and pour in your hopper for a consistent texture and flavour every time!
Our mixes are suitable for commercial pump-fed or gravity-fed soft serve machines. For machines that do not have an agitator, we advise stirring the mix in the hopper every 1-2 hours to ensure even distribution of the ingredients and to limit the rate of product separation.
Simply mix with 4 - 6 litres of milk, pour straight into your hopper and you are ready to go!
Yes! Although we sell a varied range of flavours, you can also add your own extra flavours to make it your own!
Our mixes can handle up to 150% overrun, allowing for up to 128 x 5oz servings. Please check your machine specifications to determine your results.
Frozen yogurt is lower in fat than ice cream. Yogurt contains live active cultures, also known as probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that can support digestive health and boost your immune system.
It contains only 87kcal per 100g when mixed with skimmed milk.
