Our mixes require minimal preparation. You simply add milk, blend and pour in your hopper for a consistent texture and flavour every time!
Our mixes are suitable for commercial pump-fed or gravity-fed soft serve machines. For machines that do not have an agitator, we advise stirring the mix in the hopper every 1-2 hours to ensure even distribution of the ingredients and to limit the rate of product separation.
Simply mix with 4 - 6 litres of milk, pour straight into your hopper and you are ready to go!
Yes! Although we sell a varied range of flavours, you can also add your own extra flavours to make it your own!
Our mixes can handle up to 150% overrun, allowing for up to 128 x 5oz servings. Please check your machine specifications to determine your results.
