DESCRIPTION

Strawberry ice cream mix made with real fruit purée for use in commercial ice cream machines.

Includes 1 Neutral Ice Cream Mix 1.6Kg and 1 Strawberry Flavour Concentrate 350g.

Simply mix with up to 6 litres of milk to produce up to 128 x 5oz servings (7.6Kg total product).

Our powder mixes provide the best yield in the industry, require minimal storage space and are easy to prepare.

NEUTRAL ICE CREAM POWDER BASE 1.6KG

Ingredients: Sugar, skimmed milk powder, vegetable fibre, dextrose, glucose powder, texturiser (coconut oil, glucose syrup, gelling agent (E450 (iii) and E339 (ii): 9.1%), emulsifier (E472b), acidity regulators (E472b), acidity regulators (E263 and E516), milk protein), emulsifier: E471, stabilisers: E410, E412, E407. Our mixes contain all the key ingredients.

All you need to add is milk!

Step 1. Pour the powder mix and milk into a container.

Step 2. Blend for 1 minute.

Step 3. Pour the mix in your hopper.

Step 4. You're ready to swirl!

Our mixes require minimal preparation. You simply add milk, blend and pour in your hopper for a consistent texture and flavour every time!

Our mixes are suitable for commercial pump-fed or gravity-fed soft serve machines. For machines that do not have an agitator, we advise stirring the mix in the hopper every 1-2 hours to ensure even distribution of the ingredients and to limit the rate of product separation.

Simply mix with 4 - 6 litres of milk, pour straight into your hopper and you are ready to go!

Yes! Although we sell a varied range of flavours, you can also add your own extra flavours to make it your own!

Our mixes can handle up to 150% overrun, allowing for up to 128 x 5oz servings. Please check your machine specifications to determine your results.

Frozen yogurt is lower in fat than ice cream. Yogurt contains live active cultures, also known as probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that can support digestive health and boost your immune system.

It contains only 87kcal per 100g when mixed with skimmed milk.
